After an update on data collection and analysis from all partners which showed that all data are collected and most are ready for analysis, the meeting dealt with discussions of future publications, including articles, the production of a bibliography and the project report.
The main activity of the meeting was then to focus on plans for completing the book proposal and then the writing of the chapters.

The meeting became a workshop in which we considered drafts already written and issues of comparison and contrast in order to develop a coherent and harmonious approach to the case study chapters. The general plan agreed at the last meeting was confirmed and it was reported that the commissioning editor for Routledge is actively interested.

Changes within the overall plan were agreed and a new title for the book will be part of the book proposal to Routledge: The Doctorate as Experience in Europe and Beyond

Supervision, Languages, Identities.
Other issues discussed included attendance at the Dublin summer school and at the final general meeting of leaders of strands, this being the final meeting of Strand 2
